The only chemical drug I take is the olanzapine + a antacid.
I takes me about 5 minutes to consume all the supplements I take, but I haven’t made them ready. I take one and one from seperate containers.

Tribulus fruit (libido)
Chlorella (cardiovascular, detox)
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (cognitive)
L-serine (cognitive + sleep)
Tryptophan (cognitive)
I take some of it in morning and some in evening.
