It has taken effort to get to where things are going as well as they are for me now. It took effort to take Seroquel for as long as I have, despite bad side effects that were occurring. It took effort to get away from, and be discharged from, mental health services, and stay away from them.
Things were going very badly for me a few years ago. It was not guaranteed that things would turn out as well as they have. It has taken effort to get to this point.
