Tackling new problems

I have back problem. It’s gotten bad enough that I’m losing circulation in some parts. And with the bone spurs that I have in my back. Some of the laborers chores. I have to find someone else to do them. I was thinking I would be able to do my own weed wacking this year. After.
Buying a new cord. I picked up the electric weed Wacker. Discovered, I could not hold it. Without having an excruciating pain. Not all days are like this for me. But it’s been increasingly more and more. How do you tackle problems like this?

I got free physical therapy for my back. It kept me pain free for months afterwards. Thinking of doing it again.

I just got done with the physical therapy. My insurance would pay for. A total of 9 classes. It seemed like they had an exercise every time I went. After the testing. The guy shook his head and said this will not work for you. I had a stroke previously in the Year before. Leaving part of my left side leg and arm weak. Between the pitch stuff, muscles and my back. And the weakness in the side. It is a struggle to do anything. But I pushed all of them through them anyway. I’ve had several doctors ask me. Why aren’t you using a Walker?. I simply say I’m forcing myself not to. Laugh if you want. But you do the same.

The problem is that once you start using the walker you will lose some mobility as your body gets used to it. I think you’re right to go as long as you can without, but it’s obviously unpleasant as heck.
