I’ve read around and found some view SZ as multiple illnesses but the articles then become very wordy and not straight forward to someone who doesn’t know heavier psychology. To people who do. What are they saying, like what are the multiple illnesses that make up SZ? Like I understand that they’ve found the “8 different genetic mutations” and one gene effects hallucinations and another can affect delusions. But in simple english what are those genes if anyone knows that make up sz as a whole
