SZ is not just one illness but a basket of wildly differing symptoms lumped together under one roof. Now I know they go together in some ways but…

Why don’t they differentiate auditory hallucinations from visual hallucinations from no hallucinations at all.

I’m hoping someone has a medical view for this.

The brain is such a hugely complex organ, I’m surprised that you could categorize they symptoms into any groups at all (like sz, bipolar, delusional disorder, etc). I’m also fascinated that so many delusions are similar to other people’s delusions.
