Sz isn’t the difficult part for me

I acknowledge it. It affects everyone in different ways some more than others. For me sz is not the issue. Not with meds anyway. It’s the constant cycling and waves of anxiety that’s the issue. It feels quite debilitating

I didn’t get to see them they phoned me I think it was a nurse who said I can take the diazipam. I’m fine at the moment.

sz is an umbrella term a catch-all phrase anxiety is part to it

Sorry if it seems like I ignored the diazepam part. It’s because I remember that you said you would only take it as needed. It’s pretty lame they didn’t give you an alternative.

I don’t want to take too many when I don’t need to but at the same time I don’t want the dependency.
