They came in and inspected my apartment. There was trash scattered about, the bed wasn’t made, lots of clutter, the floor wasn’t swept. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty clean. There were two dead roaches on the floor.
They didn’t say anything or write me up. I got really paranoid about it and was worried they would tack a lease violation on my door by 5pm. I called my therapist and talked to her about it.
I didn’t get any sleep last night, but am going to try and get some tonight. I’m going to clean up tomorrow. I’ve been very amovational since I switched to Abilify.
Stuff happens. I know it’s hard but tidy up when you can. Negatives can really bite but a little bit everyday starts to add up over time and gets easier to do. Set aside some time and just force yourself to do something…doesn’t have to be much but regularity helps.
