There’s a seat to be appointed for Supreme Court Justices. Mitch McConnell has already said it should be filled after Obama ends his presidency. This should be interesting.
Sitting president gets to put forth a candidate. Regardless, with this Senate, it won’t be filled until after the election, but that has nothing to do with should.
