NAC and sarcosine. But I am not realizing too mucho effect. I have negatives symptoms as Anhedonia.
I take a high potency multi-vitamin and mineral and magnesium. I also like taking amino acids like GABA for growth hormone.
I recommend inositol for females; it improves estrogen.
I take l theanine for relaxation.
And a multivitamin.
Please talk to your doctor before going on any supplements cause it might interact with your meds. Used to take genious joy and genious consciousness but made me loopy and nearly manic. Not worth going off of the deep end and experimenting with supplements!
Whey Protein Isolate (2x scoops = 60g of protein) with skim milk. Does this supplement count?
I use omega-3 fatty acids, sulforaphane and probiotics. My doc suggested taking vitamin complex tablets rich in dose B-vitamins. I tried B6, B8, and B12.
