Supplements + Vitamins thread

vitamin C seems to have mood stabilizing properties.

i just started a few days ago at 2000mg per day, but I feel my mood doesnt seem to fluctuate as much, could be placebo, more research needed.

severely aggravates my orofacial dyskensia but seems to greatly improve over a few hours.

since vitamin c is easy to get from red peppers, I just eat raw red peppers every day (wen I am eating healthy)

I try to avoid supplements where possible
