I can take him leaving all the dead trees fallen in my back yard…but I expect immediate attention when our heater won’t start in the middle of early winter…it’s 25 degrees F. tonight and I have the oven on to at least help a little. we have an electric heater that does some but can’t keep up with tonight’s temp…I called him two days before Thanksgiving…he said he would be here …never called or showed up…he better show up today or I’m going to let my landlord know what for.

That’s total crap that your heater doesn’t work in freezing temperatures. I would call him again.

@jukebox using your oven to heat the house is very dangerous. It’s a fire hazard and can lead to carbon monoxide build-up.

I didn’t open the door on the oven, just turned it on for a while…not doing it anymore because it wasn’t really helping… thank you.
@ifeelblessed oh I wish…I am a weak timid mouse when it comes to my landlord because I pay very low rent.

That’s crazy. Your homes aren’t properly insulated for colder temps down there like we are up north. Cold weather hits you guys harder.
