I am about to compose my bucket list this spring. There are a few things I really want to accomplish/learn/do.
This spring, I decided, I will learn
How to ride a bicycle.
The Barcelona trip includes a bike ride program through the Gothic Quarter and if I don’t learn how to ride a bike, I will miss this experience.
Next, I will take professional swimming lessons. I know how to swim a bit, I can swim across the pool on my back and front but that’s about it. I want to learn to swim underwater and not be afraid to jump in the water from a boat.
Before winter 2019, I will get laser eye surgery. I might do this sooner, depends on the cost.
These are my main goals right now (bucket list items) and I will add a whole lot more in the coming days.
Good luck on learning how to ride a bike!! You can do it.
My goals for this spring are to clean out my closet. Clean some clothes that are piled up in my room. And donate those clothes that I don’t want from the piles and my closet.
I want to get a girlfriend. Idk why but I feel like that is going to happen in the near future. (This spring, hopefully ).
I want to go back to distant learning school for philosophy/something related to that at least.
My goals for this spring and summer are to get new hearing aids (because holy fuck life sucks when you can’t hear well). My super lofty goal is to find the right AP for me, but I’ll accept getting my anxiety and moods under some possible control as well. Summer goal is to get into the habit of walking at least 30 minutes a day.
Wow, how could you manage the stress of studying at university? I did a PhD but that was different as I took 7 years to complete my PhD degree while the normal PhD students only need 3-4 years to finish it.
It has taken me a long time to get here! I’m not rushing. I have to take it slow, don’t load up too much on classes. I have a really supportive home environment and I keep my professors i the loop.
Lose weight and build up walking stamina
Meditate and develop deepened relationship within my religion by getting a spiritual mentor
Finish my third novel and look into finding an agent to get the trilogy published
Remain open to opportunities
I like your positivity. You’re working a good recovery program. My goals are to maintain my abstinence from alcohol and to do some reading and some writing. I realize that’s kind of vague, but those are about the only goals I have.
