Up until a week ago I could sleep all night and day. Now i lie awake in bed and often sleep 3 or 4 hours. I’ve tried melatonin in the past to no avail. When i used.to take zopiclone i would have to take way too much with very little success. I don’t want more pills. I just want to figure out this lack of sleep before school starts when i need to get my kids to school. Any non med solutions you’d like to share?
Cut out any coffee/caffeine drinks ?

It doesn’t seem to matter but i think I’ll stop at three for a few days and see how that goes
3 cups of coffee? I’d quit it completely if you need to sleep…

Quitting coffee would be harder than quitting smoking i think

why not give trazadone a try? it sure works for me.

Yes trazodone is good. Take it as prescribed though.
