Myself and my personal assistant had a successful week in Marmaris, Turkey. It was really lovely and I mainly stayed off the alcohol, we had great food in the hotel. Our flights and transfers were trouble free considering that airports are facing many problems with lack of staff at this time.

It was 32c. I didnt go in the pool or sea as I’m self-conscious about my weight but saying that their are many heavier people in Marmaris. Its a very British destination. And its pretty cheap too. I latte is around £1.42 and they are lovely.

Were you able to handle the heat?. I know that I struggle with this since I’m on Invega.
Well for me now no more holidays as the person who manages my money says I have none left.

So so true. I need to start saving again for more holidays, Holidays really do keep me on a even path and helps tremendously with my MH. Its in my support plans that I get away but of course their are risk assessments they do before I go away but I’m well at the moment thank god. I wouldnt be able to claim of the travel insurance if I become unwell as I’ll never be able to get insured again.
