I spend months together to get a project done and once it was completed, I had the same feeling as over excited with schizophrenia.
I was so demotivated.
Months of hard work and no hard work, reward is the same.
How are you guys addressing this issue?
I don’t have that issue. I get a feeling of quiet satisfaction from real life accomplishments. Doesn’t compare to the SZ mania over delusional stuff. My experience, anyhow.

I feel the same at both the times.
I am very poor in the terms of metal health naming.
But I do experience and both are of the same feelings.
Anyways I will get this checked with pdoc.
