Stupid people are going to make Covid a major issue again in the UK

My parents were going to an obscure village in the Midlands, England.

That was until 200 people packed into one bar, and the virus spread there like wildfire, and now the Army are opening testing stations there.

15 miles away from my town is a major city on the coast that is usually the go to place for a seaside trip for Londoners.

These people are going to ruin it for the majority

So many people have lost so much - even their lives.

Why is it some people think they can do what they like after everything we’ve been through?

I am not happy with this.

I did not see my partner since Feb until lockdown lifted to allow us to meet… he lives alone… we were both sheilding so it felt safe but I’ve lately been going to work so I didn’t visit him on his birthday as I hadn’t been shielding…

I know the feeling. It’s the same here in Arkansas USA. People not wearing masks and packing into bars and restaurants. I just don’t go out unless I have to. I’m 61 and at high risk due to my diabetes and emphysema.
