Lentils, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and mozzarella.

They were really satisfying. But I made waaaayyyy too much filling, so looks like we will be having peppers again tomorrow!

We make stuffed peppers but with ground beef and rice, and spices in tomato sauce.
