I just really enjoy eating good home made food. It feels like it is vital than these crap junk we eat all the time.
I have not been cooking for the past year. This new kitchen is a good opportunity to start planning and cooking and enjoying!
Next sunday - I will make a stuffed turkey so I just know how to make them by the time the holidays come

I’m making meatloaf for dinner tonight, mmmm… Haven’t made it in at least a couple years. I live alone, so I’ll be eating leftovers the next few days, but I do stuff like that all the time. I make something big that I can eat from for days, save money (while still eating good food) that way. If it tastes good, why not? I’ve never made a stuffed chicken, though, sorry.
