I think the body of research is very much saying that most people with psychosis need to be on regular antipsychotics at the lowest dose possible.
At least until some biomarkers for who can stop safely can be developed.
Looks like we got it for life then,
It makes sense as the underlying causes don’t get treated after a first psychotic break, medication is used to control symptoms because most of the time it is not possible to do anything else.
our condition is not treatable without medication to help us control our symptoms 
on the bright side, recovery is still possible even on meds, get a good med and you can thrive 
I’m just waiting on meds with legit no sexual side effects. I been having really bad luck in that regards
