Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Are there any grounding exercises you can do to lower your stress level or the amount of stimulation you are subject to? Lowering stress or stimulation from your environment can lower the intensity and or number of voices for some people.
Only thing that works for me is listening to loud music with headphones on.
I can do that. Yeah I can. I can ground
I repeat words or numbers in my thoughts so I can’t pay attention to them.
Sort of the same advice. Yeah I’ll try to do that
This is why I think a lot of people benefit from isolating.

I listen to music all the time to distract me from voices.
Another person here mentioned counting. That’s some thing I naturally did on my own at difficult points. It helps me.
Watch something relaxing on TV like cartoons, the travel channel, weather channel etc.
Listen to relaxing music on headphones.
Listen to a spiritual radio station on headphones.
Sorry you’re not feeling well, but these methods help me out a lot.
