How do you stop hallucinations? I have ‘minor’ ones and always a bit of a surprise/fright (small shadow, bugs etc) but I often know they aren’t real in my mind. I’m in a good place right now but I still have now and then.
Sometimes I get a bigger one like a shadow of a man and I feel absolute evil and look away, walk away but if I look back it’s still there. I turn on the TV.
How do YOU make them go away? If you look away and back again, do you still see it??? Most of them disappear but some don’t.
