A little personal update here I’m still vaping this medicine and it is helping me so much. The cbd and sarcosine really work well together.

It helps with social anxiety mostly and eliminates the anxiety caused by the sarcosine. No strong effects from the CBD. The sarcosine on the other hand however helps strongly with the negative symptoms. Without it I would be a vegetable. It makes me feel like doing stuff.

Are you currently on any meds ? So are you saying Sarcosine is causing you anxiety?
Yes Sarcosine makes me anxious like I’m waiting for something big to happen and uncomfortable to be still and manic along with the good effects of cognition, motivation, and energy. CBD counters all the bad effects of sarcosine for me.
I’ve heard people complain of anxiety when they take too much sarcosine. Have you tried just lowering your dose?
Yeh CBD might help with that.
