Steps forward

I talked to my doctor and we decided to put me back on 50mg of Zoloft as that’s what worked for me before. I picked it up and I’ll start taking it tomorrow morning.

Working on going on daily walks. I did my walk today, didnt go yesterday but went the two days before that.

Going to make an effort to eat regular meals. Lately I’ve essentially only been eating supper and having a snack or two throughout the day. So I need to fix that.

I’ll do my best with sleep but thats hard with a baby.

I talked to my mom and told her whats been going on so I’m expanding my support.

I’m going to make an effort to see family or friends sometimes so I don’t feel isolated and stuck.

Oh and water. I need to make an effort to drink more water.

Sounds a solid plan and wish you luck with it all. I find routine really good for me. Try to eat same time of day etc. Just find it easier to build up some momentum to get things done. Good luck!
