Starting a new therapy treatment

It’s 2 hours per week of group therapy, 1 hour per week individual therapy and phone support/coaching as needed.

I’m doing it for life skills, emotion regulation, finding my new self now that I’m older and my kids are grown and I’m not enjoying old hobbies anymore.

I’m also going to focus on avoiding life less.

Anyone else ever do a program like that?

There’s nothing like that available here. At least I haven’t been offered it or told about it.

Yeah. I’m feeling very lucky to have this opportunity.

I’m getting this care through a grant. No way could I afford it.
