Started plant based diet lowerd my blood pressure

I just started plant based diet and I took out meat dairy and eggs and my blood pressure dropped from 134 top number to 127 this was only like in 4 days.all I eat is potatoes rice beans corn and a little bit of oil maby like 3 tbs a day of olive oil I don’t add salt only eat a little bit of salt from salsa that I eat and i probably get less than 1000mgs
