Some people in England do. I think it is more to do with it being an excuse to get drunk though rather than having Irish heritage.
My family celebrates it. I’ve heard that the US celebrates more than anyone else but I dunno about that. My grandma in particular is super proud of our Irish heritage.
I have a bro who was born then, and my Mom and Grandpa both died then, years apart.
Yes in America we celebrate St Patrick’s Day. I used to go to bars on that day. I am 1/2 Irish but no one would believe it by looking at me. Everyone here wants to be Irish on St Patrick’s Day!
