If you didn’t know, St. Anger is Metallica’s least popular album. I didn’t listen to it until about 13 years after it came out, which is when it got hammered by everyone. I actually don’t have many problems with it. I like the way the drums sound, very organic and pre-historic. I think James’ vocals are angry as the title suggests, which is good.

That’s a good one. They really don’t have any bad songs. The instrumentals are sick and the lyrics amazing. The album anima is my favorite followed by lateralus

This one is my favorite Tool song. For Metallica, it’s probably For Whom the Bell Tolls. I’m pretty predictable.

Tool was my favorite band for a little while in the early 2000s, shortly after I got into metal. Maynard is a genius. I’m psyched about hearing new material, even if I wasn’t a fan of 10000 Days. Sober is my favorite Tool song.

I think “Animals” by Pink Floyd was underrated. I put it in their top three right after “Dark Side of the Moon” and “Wish you Were Here”.

“Meddle” is my favorite Pink Floyd album. It only has six songs. The song “Fearless” alone makes the album worth listening to. Cheers Nick, happy new years.
