Sports for Health

I went to an MMA club recently but it turned out to be more for families and children imo - casual MMA instead of more competitive fighting.

I’ve contacted a Cricket club and hope to hear back by next week. If not Cricket I’m open to playing football/Soccer for fitness or tennis. I’ve been on and off cigarettes and vapes. And it’s made a HUGE different to my negatives in some ways

I got referred to a occupational therapy assistant and have been playing badminton, group walking and cycling on a power assisted bike. Get all the excersise you can.
