Spat blood after brushing my teeth

Had missed a couple of days and there was blood today. Gonna get regular about brushing again. Used some chlorhexidine mouthwash as well.

This happens to me pretty often. I brush my teeth too hard.

Also using floss regularly helps.

Sounds stupid but I am scared of flossing! It feels really strange to me and the floss keeps getting stuck.

You should brush your teeth, gums (that’s what’s bleeding), tongue, and floss in the morning and evening.

soft bristle toothbrushes are the most recommended type of brush and that’s why they are sold out of them more often.

I get bleeding gums when I floss sometimes. I need to take better care of my teeth.
