Is estrogen in soy bad for men?
Does it reduce sex drive and give female breasts?
I just had 2 cups of soy milk…
There’s been some talk about that for years. Supposedly the soy used in Asian culture is fine since it is fermented, but soy milk and such in Western culture is not, so it has a lot more phytoestrogen.

No. Soy does not affect your estrogen levels. This is a common misconception. Soy contains phytoestrogen, which does NOT affect human estrogen levels because it is a completely different chemical that just has a similar name.
