My tablet worked so well for my akathisia I feel dizzy with relief

Oh that’s good news! Was it cogentin or propranalol or something else?

One time I remember the cogentin working and feeling like I was finally able to relax. I felt like I was in a hot tub all of the sudden!

It was a med similar to cogentin called kemadrin (procyclidine)

Earlier I thought it might have helped my anxiety but I think it was I had heightened anxiety from the akathisia

I might mention that med to my doctor. Propranalol didn’t do much for me but cogentin does, though it’s kind of sporadic?

I read while researching akathisia that it has a mental component, the restlessness. I don’t know if it’s that or it’s just as simple as having a natural reaction to such an inconvenient condition.
