i just stopped zoloft again and started increased ap dose

Coming off anti depressants messes with me too, so does increased ap. Feel better, it takes a couple weeks I think for meds to exit the system completely.

i wonder if i should be on zoloft still, they wanted me to stay on it and see how i feel with the addition of increased invega but i wanted to stop it. they said its up to me really
Aw that’s why you feel so down, because you stopped the zoloft… I take that too… I lowered my dose … tappering off…
