I just realized I’ve never been sore after exercising. That’s true even when I was in Army I wasn’t sore. It kinda sucks because I don’t know if I’m getting a good workout. That’s why I stop lifting weights after awhile. I don’t feel nothing so I don’t know if I’m doing right.

Being sore after exercise is an indication of vigorous physical activity after a long period of inactivity.
Good job.
It’s not good because I give up on weight lifting really quick. I question rather I’m doing the weights right.
