Sometimes you don't need any goals,just need to continue doing it

I do workout without setting any goals,I do them routinely and at least 5-6 days a week.I hear people say you need goals to achieve something,I had achieved a very good physique through hardwork and some help-motivation from my father and younger brother

I don’t dislike or liked working out but I do it everyday as I know it is good and healthy things I do,I will not give this out easily
