I’m glad to hear it! Me, I get way too impatient sitting on park benches. I don’t even like reading on park benches cos the people around are distracting

Is it anxiety? I get the same thing really. I can’t sit in cars because of anxiety.

Yea it used to be anxiety when I first started out on abilify but now it’s turned to pure short attention span. yea I used to have that moving thing too.

You know what though, I’ve turned it into something productive. I carry my cell phone around and it tracks my distance walked in a day and it’s about 4-6 miles per day which keeps me in good shape!

I suppose one benefit in living in a small town is that there no people around always so much, would be interesting to know the number of park benches per capita (in my little town), here are many park benches. Sometimes it is just so nice to sit on benches when it is all so quiet.
