Sometimes I have dark thoughts

I know it is depression but I try to be positive, exercising and bicycle riding helps, a little sunshine helps too.

I get dark thoughts, depression, anxiety, fears, paranoia and more. I try to focus on funny things like funny TV shows and memes. I suffer from flashbacks though so sometimes it’s hard for me to pay attention to the TV. Everyday I distract myself with TV and internet and try to remain positive.

I had them for years too. I was used to them, but I guess it wasn’t a life. I am glad for you that you have a distraction, mjseu. Maybe ill have some too one day. Hows the weather in your place now, mjseu?
Here, its a bit cloudy, but it looks really like a good spring.

It is raining now, all snow has not melted yet, but it is spring and summer is arriving.
