My whole life I’ve eaten less than the recommended daily caloric limit but my whole life I’ve been fat. What is wrong with me? I guess I should ask my doctor the next time I see him.
Maybe your metabolism is just naturally slow.
My mom told me she has been fat her whole life, doesn’t matter what she eats, she usually eats like a bird.
I was going to say the same thing. If you were to build up muscle through weight lifting or whatever, you should burn more calories as muscles tend to do. Of course, you will naturally want to eat more then.

Download a calorie counting app and keep track. It’s impossible to count calories otherwise. I tried it without an app by guessing the calories and gained weight. I was convinced that I was eating the right amount of calories.
Now with the app my calories are correct, and I’m losing weight.
I know how many calories I’m eating and I’m losing weight. I’ve just never been able to get a flat stomach.
If you do it regularly you might stop hating it. It works wonders for mental and physical health (as long as you do it moderately).
I’ve weight lifted on and off since I was in elementary school in the 90’s up until 2 years ago. I never liked it.
Maybe find some other physical exercise that works for you. Mine is biking. I find it really helps my physical health but it also refreshes me mentally to be able to see a lot of different places rushing by me and be outside in fresh air surrounded by plants and people.
I hate biking. I like walking in the summer.
Have you ever tried dancing? I get my favourite tracks and head bang in the garage for a bit every now and then haha. Dancing I read that you can lose like 800 calories an hour or something

True yea I’m not into dance really either… like learning how to dance or something I just mean getting hype to some music but yea do what works for you bro … 800 calories an hour works for me hah
