I’m anxious and I know I said to myself, and other people have said to me, the beings aren’t real. But it feels like there is something in my head which wants to escape. I think I might have a monster inside of me or something. Maybe multiple monsters. And I think “no, that’s a delusion,” but something is coming and I don’t know when or what it is. Maybe a force that’s nested in my trying to escape with all its might.
I can’t do this. It never stops.
This idea of something trying to escape has never gone away. Doesn’t that make it real?

but not the fake one, there are many fake psychics
I had that feeling of something want to bust out of my skull; it’s brain inflammation. It goes down with anti-inflammatories like antipsychotics, Boswellia and Ashwagandha. Bonus is that symptoms go down with inflammation.

My mom won’t take me to a psychic. I asked. She said it’s a delusion and that seeing a psychic would be “delusion confirming.” I’m not so sure it’s a delusion. Like 50/50. The medicine hasn’t taken it away.

I’m not finding much. I dunno.
I thought the pressure in my head was a communication portal to God, since when the pressure got worse I had more positive symptoms, but it ended up being weak vasculature that got progressively worse, eventually causing severe head pain that required numerous different treatments to heal it.
These issues have physical causes, not spiritual ones. I’m saying this as a devout Sikh religion follower.
