I think you have a lot of concepts or ideas in that painting but I can’t put them into words. Perhaps this is like schizophrenia. No single coherent idea. Any form of art is an attempt at expression and I think you have succeeded at that.

There may have been a great deal of work put into that painting and I don’t think you should be so down on it. As I look at it, I now see a violin. Sometimes things that were not initially intended can show up in art. That is one of the characteristics of good art.
In terms of your craft, I don’t think hard criticism is helpful. Artists need hope and inspiration. You have a good audience here who are cheering your attempts to express yourself, however difficult that may be.
Perhaps you might be hating schizophrenia? This is very difficult to express.
