I won’t give you my opinion of Trump…but whether I agree he’s a giant douche , I love him like a brother or I’m neutral, this is kind of venturing into politics. I dont see the need to flag but lets try to avoid this in the future. There are probably Trump supporters on this forum and we dont need to spark a debate or offend their politics.

@LilyoftheValley I saw someone mention that they watched Maniac on Netflix on the “say anything” thread and that the character was sz, so it might be that.

You might want to avoid Maniac though. I heard it’s a pretty gory horror movie.

Yeah, it’s based on an 80s movie of the same title. The 80s version kinda had a sense of humor to it, but I heard the remake was kind of a turd LOL.

It’s just a new obnoxious trend in horror to try to make everything SUPER scary. And it typically always falls flat.

I remember they taught us in film school that there’s a thin line between tragedy and humor. I think the old school horror filmmakers really had a good grasp of that.

I sure did! I went to a film school in Washington state. :slight_smile:

The owner of the school would always exclaim, “Paper is cheaper than film!”

Then the digital filmmaking revolution came along LOL. :joy:
