Hello, here is a post about some things that help me. These are just some things that may help.
Probiotics, Postbiotic, Prebiotic
It almost seems like I always have had problems with digestion and elimination. These help a little bit.
Prunes
B Complex
Multivitamins Supplement
Fruits and Vegetables
Exercise
Naps
Caffeine-Tea Coffee, etc. I am trying to minimize this.
Excessive Screen
I am unsure about this one but electromagnetic field radiation from computers and cellphones. There are things that can be done to lessen the exposure.
Sunlight- wear sunscreen
Hygiene-switch brands of soap and laundry detergent every so often.
Socializing/Hobbies
Work or Education
Chores
Small meals but make sure to eat enough.
I think some of the problems I have involves an unhealthy diet, lack of nutrients, sleep, exercise, sunlight, unhealthy gut.
These are some things I notice about myself I thought I’d mention.

Like the brain/gut biome is increasingly studied and it’s very interesting. I lost a lot of weight dieting on the keto but after 6 months of it got some gains in mental health that kept on giving even though I can be slack with it.
Adding fermented food to a low carb diet really helped me in unusual ways. I do not lie but I’ve always used alcohol. Not getting drunk but regular so a 6 pack of mid strength beer everyday. It wasn’t a lot but it was regular.
Adding fermented food and staying lo carb I’m now to a sober curious phase of my life where I have time off the stuff and it’s not an issue.
Still on same meds but I’m down to lowest clinical doses on both. I feel better mentally and it’s a slow burn but it’s real so I’d say try lo carb for sure for the sz but for general wellbeing the gut biome stuff is so worthwhile…..
