Some changes

Finding it hard to motivate myself to get to the gym but I’m making some changes. No bread no patatoe no sweets no chocolate more water eggs celery sticks and gaucamole as a snack than biscuits


Hummus makes a great snack, too. I like to dip it in veggies. You can make your own really easily.


I love hummus and celery or carrots

I love broccoli or cauliflower dipped in hummus. Yummy.
