So my so clean started flashing Christmas colors and said I needed to change the ozone cartridge or something and I did. I got a whole bunch of them and changed it but it still says it needs changing again.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I probably have the book that came with it. Will have to look.
Are you using distilled water?
You hold down two buttons until it flashes a happy face,m and that resets the timer for another 6 months. Hang on I will get the video for you.
It’s the hourglass button and the manual button.
