Socialising plans

Next weekend I’m planning to see my friend in Twickenham.
I hope he doesn’t bail on me, he’s unreliable

But it’d be nice to travel and socialise again. It’s been too long.

What are your plans for travel and visiting friends? Are they reliable?

well im visiting family later this month, i have few friends left to visit. anyways im going to colorado 1200-1400 miles west of here by van to do some hiking, see some ancient cliff dwellings, sand dunes, and then go to my little 5 year old nieces birthday party, and have a teaparty haha. they live downtown denver, colorado.

i have a friend who lives in anchorage, alaska i often think about visiting him, he’s pretty reliable, but i feel like such a loser compared to him, guy owns his own successful property management business, and probably doesn’t have the time anymore for his old buddy.

I’m trying to be more sociable nowadays

I’m meeting 3 people on Seperate occasions next week

The plans are pretty reliable.

Unless my job starts

I have zero plans with travel or visiting friends. My friend I talk to once a week is intent on me visiting her at least once every six months though (although she wants sooner).

Well my friend is super successful financially, but he likes to spend time with me because I knew him before all that. He can be himself with me and not have to be successful. Maybe your friend will appreciate you the same?

I’m jealous of all these people getting @Zoe time! But it’s nice you can socialise that much. I’m averaging one a week.

My brother was going to bring over his kids (my nieces) this weekend and I asked him not to as I’m not feeling up to it. So I’m the unreliable one !

That’s understandable, with SZ. But I’m sad that you don’t see them. Do you miss them?

My brother has kids and they grew up fast during lockdown. Wishing I saw them more often.

I get to see them quite frequently, so not seeing them this weekend is ok. But yeah, the eldest is 10 and the youngest is 4. They’ve all grown up quite fast like you said!

My brother’s kids are 4 and 6. I went on holiday with them recently (pic), but I so wish I lived closer. You’re lucky to see them often :upside_down_face:

Hey, you’re a cool uncle !

I’m totally exhausted after about 2 hours with them normally.

I really appreciate them, yea. Cos boredom is the worst, especially for my binge eating and such aswell.

Idk, usually I average once per fortnight.

This is just recently tbh.

I know about London.

I like it a lot.

Except the air could be better.

And the crime rate.

But apart from that it’s pretty cool!

I want to visit Russia. My friends pickme up sometimes like every 2-3 weeks, today they wanted to pickme up this morning but I refused, didn’t feel like going outside. I have a friend who calls me everyday sometimes more. Honestly I prefer my presz friends but I don’t talk to them anymore.
