It’s very rare that you are annoyed or angry at things, but i guess it comes even to an optimist.

You cant avoid “the benevolent apes” one of them once kicked me out of closed ward while i was still in despair. Last time they gave me ECT treatment, i didn’t help my depression, but it was my own fault - i could have said NO!
