Some sweet and lemon juice make it more easy to drink.

The problem of taking it all at once is that it is impossible to identify the supplement that works and doesn’t. Given time, I would take one or two and see how and if it affects me, then add and take away to see their effectiveness. In that way you could tell if one was unnecessary or not and save money.

Have tried each of the meds on their own. Slight improvement seen. So tying the mixture.
Tastes like ass though
