Now I have some work and already happy that it is friday! My new project is going well too and actually I have a very VERY big hopes for it that I want to make it into a business where I will employ my partner I am kidding! but honestly if I turn my work into a good business, he can quit his job and then we can work together. I am excited to have a dream. Who knows? Never hurts to dream.
I am also SUPER super excited that the gym is opening on September 1 and they have so many classes. I am planning on doing Bikram - hot yoga once a week + swimming once a week + one more class once a week (maybe dancing or some beginner class) and on days I feel bad, I will just go to the gym and do weight lifting. I have to do this!
I feel like since coming back I am much more bloated. Like I have extreme water retention. my weight is fluctuating on and off but I don’t seem to have lost any weight for the past 10 days. I am also eating more.
My new diet plan is - I will eat only exclusively salads and fruits. I will add protein in my salad too but I have 2 months to lose 15 pounds.
