Yeah, @77nick77 , I haven’t had a job in 7 or 8 years, since I first got diagnosed with sz. Probably am going to go with some volunteer work eventually as many have suggested.

When i walk around my 80 square meter flat aimlessly - and i do that often - i try to break the habit and go out and walk around my hood with earphones on listening to music. I choose a destination and walk to the destination and back.
Im burnt out too. I can’t hold a regularly job but i’m thinking about taking a voluntary job in a charity shop.
