Its he said she said. I have diagnosis of a mental illness he doesn’t. He needs one! But he doesn’t. He knows where I live. I’ve changed my phone number.

Sounds like he is a sociopath to me. You can’t reform those people. They only respond to punishment.

This sounds like one of those things where he wants to meet with you then he’d want this and then that before he gives you what’s owed. This is starting to look like cyberstalking. I don’t know the laws in Canada but if he keeps this up legal intervention might be necessary.
