Over the past year, due to the pandemic, I’ve been a lot less active. I used to run at least 4 times a week and now I don’t due to the gyms being shut (I’d normally go to the gym in winter because of the cold temperatures).
I’ve put on some weight, luckily not over a stone the past year, although I made a lot of progress with my physical health and I feel it all went down the drain the past year.

Better than it’s been for years. At least something is going right.

I fell last Spring. Really busted myself up. I broke my big toe and although the toe is mostly healed now, I haven’t been quite the same since.

I’m putting my nursing education into good use by trying to nurse myself back into good health.

Here’s my plan:

Wear glasses at all times and get regular eye exams.
Wear good walking shoes when outdoors and when out walking.
Don’t go out walking in inclement weather.
Be more careful than usual when crossing the street.
Carefully watch nutrition intake.
Get enough sleep every night.
Take geriatric multivitamin everyday.
Do yoga indoors and walk outdoors frequently.
Get enough fluid intake.
Take fluids with you on your walks.

Physically i got bad asthma and obesity. I think its caused by positive/negative
symptoms from sz like depression,lethargy.

Occasional back pain. Shortness of breath on some physical activities. Overweight.
I see a family doctor regularly and there does not appear to be anything seriously wrong.
